These terms apply to your use of Sale4U and your subscription to our supermarket specials.
Deal information
Sale4U provides deal information only. We do not sell the listed products or fulfil purchases. Prices, stock and availability are set by retailers and may change without notice. Offers may vary between stores. Always verify prices, availability and offer conditions with the retailer or in store before purchasing.
Independent service
Sale4U is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Coles, Woolworths, Aldi or IGA. All retailer names, trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the relevant retailers.
Accuracy and liability
We aim to provide accurate deal information but do not guarantee that it is complete, current or free from errors. To the extent permitted by law, Sale4U accepts no liability for errors, omissions or losses arising from reliance on this information. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under Australian Consumer Law.
Privacy and subscriptions
We store your email address and mobile number only to send you specials. Your details are never sold. We also keep your consent and terms acceptance records, along with private access and unsubscribe tokens, to manage your subscription. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in your Sale4U email. Your private specials link is for your use; please do not share it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, subject to any mandatory rights under applicable Australian law.
Black Friday subscription
Grocery subscriptions are free. The separate Black Friday sale information subscription for 27 November 2026 costs A$5 as a one-off payment, not a recurring charge. It covers information only, not purchases from retailers. Payment confirmation is required before the subscription is activated. Payment records are retained to administer your purchase. Any rights to a refund under applicable Australian law remain unchanged.
